To call them soulmates is almost not an adequate enough explanation for what they mean to each other, and to us.

These two could not keep their hands off one another, and none of us could blame them. In fact, they should have hugged and touched even more because those six years didn't prepare anyone.

There is a part of me that will never forgive Clarke for not letting Bellamy get out what he wanted to tell her before the world ended. There is another part of me that knows exactly what Bellamy was going to say and being enormously proud of him for getting the courage to do it.

If you can't even face one another while saying goodbye to each other, maybe you shouldn't be saying goodbye? Just a thought. But also, that cheek kiss was the greatest thing to ever happen in the history of everything ever.

The eye contact that this two share is chilling. It doesn't even feel appropriate to have them looking at each other this way in public most of the time, but somehow they get by.

What even was this? These two were one drink away from giving into that sexual tension and becoming canon for seasons to come. But you know ... sometimes plot matters more than relationships, right?

It might be heartbreaking to literally see the moment when Clarke realizes that Bellamy doesn't know that she survived all this time because of him, and yet it is just as soft at the same time.

There is this conversation happening about how the romantic male love interest just needs to be able to give "that look" and immediately everyone falls into their emotions with him. This is it, this is that look. Bellamy nails it every single time, but there is something about this one that really stands out.

The best thing to come out of The 100 Season 5 was all those not so subtle touches of Clarke's emotions. Even more so, much of that emotion was connected to Bellamy and her struggle to deal with their reunion after she created an idea of what it would be like in her head before he came back. There is no doubt in anyone's mind that Clarke expected everything to be exactly the same, much like the audience did with most of the season, and watching her deal with all the changes was cathartic in a way. It let the fans deal with the change by tracking Clarke's jealousy at the same time.

These two always find a way to make a shared look feel brand new and sweet.

Bellamy and Clarke channeled emotions they never had time for before The 100 Season 3 Episode 5, even if not all of them were kind and caring. The way that they manage to express how much they feel for the other with looks and touches in between biting words is freaking iconic honestly.

If you let these two touch, they will show you exactly how it is done. It wasn't until Bellamy and Clarke that we realized exactly how valuable hugs can be, with this becoming their annual tradition because it seems like this is the most touching they can get in with one another and they take advantage of that well.

These soft looks and glances all throughout the episode? None of us were worthy.

This scene speaks well on its own so I will only say this, Bellamy and Clarke constantly showing how much they mean to the other is a move that will never get old. Bellamy was always a man of action, but sometimes you want to hear exactly how important Clarke is to him, even after six years of him trying to be better through only the memory of her.
22.Clarke Choosing Her Priorities Wisely During "Praimfaya"
There was so much touching. Too much touching. All the touching. Honestly, this entire episode lingered on a whole "what might have been theme" that Clarke and Bellamy took in stride. They knew that they were about to face their biggest separation yet, and the underlying reflection on what they could have if they just make it to space together was brutal to deal with. Just imagine the way Clarke must have replayed it over and over while she was making those daily radio calls to Bellamy from the ground.
23.Bellamy's Shift for Clarke On "Earth Kills"
This was just scraping the surface with Bellamy starting to realize that Clarke wasn't who he thought she was, the same that he came to terms with the fact that he can't pretend to be this evil guy anymore. It was all fitting into place, and that place was them working together. Also, it was hauntingly beautiful the way that Clarke sang as she ended Atom's life, and the way that Bellamy was entranced just like the audience was.
24.Bellamy and Clarke's Leader Date During "Fog of War"
There was this sense of comfort that came from Bellamy and Clarke reuniting during The 100 Season 2 and automatically seeking each other out. Clarke was struggling with Finn but the choice to sit with Bellamy and talk about everything made the most sense, both to her and us.
25.Bellamy Trying To Be Subtle During "The Calm"
Bellamy trying to keep it casual is the best failure of all time, and we all love to see him try to keep it cool. But really, The 100 Season 1 was such a simpler time for these two that it almost makes you miss when their biggest problem was gaining amazing character development against one another.

It is symbolic that The 100 Season 5 was the end of Book One and it was all about Bellamy and Clarke facing their next challenge together. If you really think about it, when Bellamy and Clarke were alone without the new normal pushing them apart, everything felt exactly the same. These two spend an entire episode giving each other looks like some kind of soulmate connection, all while finding peace with each other.

I'm just going to leave this right here and let you ponder on what was the normal only a few seasons ago. The way that Bellamy runs to save Clarke, the way that she finds support in his arms. You can't make this stuff up, although sometimes it feels like we did.

Clarke and Bellamy spent their time together during The 100 Season 3 Episode 12 just giving each other meaningful glances and self-sacrificing choices. What even was that?

Sometimes just watching these two walk into a war, side by side, is an oddly comforting view. They lean on one another from the very beginning, and you can't help but pull strength from that.

As mentioned before, Clarke's radio calls meant a whole lot more than we initially were allowed to believe. There was that lingering moment where Clarke realized that Bellamy didn't know, which means even more when we get this scene with Bellamy's interactions with her shifting based on that new information. This soft moment did a good job of delivering on the idea that Bellamy learning how much he meant to Clarke all this time is changing his perception of ... just about everything?
36.Clarke's Number One Weakness During "Perverse Instantiation – Part One"
Somehow ALIE knew that Clarke's number one weakness would be Bellamy Blake in danger. Also somehow this pure scene where Bellamy saves the day and immediately reaches to comfort Clarke is not talked about the way that it should.
