Is it hard to buy an apartment in New York? ›

Finding an apartment in a city as large and varied as New York can be a complex process, but with the proper guidance and information, you'll find that it's not nearly as difficult as some would like you to believe.

The last 20 properties that you have recently viewed are located on the Home page under the My Properties section. You can access your recent properties from anywhere on the website by clicking the My Work tab, then choose My Recent Properties.

Rental Prices in the Area: Research the average rental prices in the neighborhood for apartments with similar features, size, and amenities. This will give you an idea of the prevailing market rates and help you determine if the price you're being offered is reasonable.
