Canon Knowledge Base - Understand Error and Support Codes on Your Printer - PIXMA TS3120 (2024)

Error Codes and Support Codes refer to errors communicated on your printer and/or computer.

Here's an example of what you'll see when a Support Code and a message are displayed on the computer screen (Windows):

Check the Error Code on theLCDand the corresponding Support Code inthe table below for details.

Check the following:

  • Did you select theproper wireless router to connect?

  • Isthe specified network name (SSID)correct?

After youcheckthe above, turn off the wireless router and turn it on again.

After checking the above, try to scan again.

  • Reduce the resolution and rescan the original.
  • Reduce the amount of original to be scanned at a time.

  • Make surecartridge holder isn't blocked by anything.
  • Make sure the inkcartridges are properly installed.
